ABOUT DAVID WINFIELD

David graduated with Honours from the University of Guelph\'s Bachelor of Arts program in 2013 with a major in Studio (Fine) Arts. David is currently Retail Operations Lead at lululemon. Throughout his career David has both led and collaborated on numerous projects and key initiatives, everything from launching company-wide platforms and apps, developing and implementing a broad range of standard operating procedures and training materials, all the way through to large-scale change implementations resulting in six-figure savings. Prior to his various roles in Retail Operations, David was formerly Team Lead of Customer Experience at INDOCHINO, where he led and managed a team of 12 Customer Experience Guides. David was also the first Customer Experience Support Specialist at INDOCHINO, a role where he provided live, on-the-floor support for all Customer Experience Guides within the organization, and acted as the first point of contact for all escalated cases. Outside of business, David holds interests in Music and Contemporary Art, and has been composing and producing songs for notable clients such as Algonquin Provincial Park for over a decade. His own artwork has been featured in various gallery showings and publications, and in David’s final Undergraduate semester he placed 2nd and 8th respectively for two works shown in the University of Guelph\'s annual Juried Art Show.
