I run Midlands Flooring Ltd with a simple principle: do things properly, and the results take care of themselves.My role sits mainly on the commercial and operational side of the business, making sure projects are planned well, delivered on time, aligned with contract requirements, and remain commercially sound. That means clear scope, realistic programmes, open communication, and dealing with issues early rather than letting them grow into problems.Over the years, I’ve learned that successful projects aren’t just about the finished floor. They’re about the people involved, the systems behind the scenes, and the discipline to stay consistent even when programmes change and pressures increase.
