My responsibilities include the overall purchase process and outsourcing of services and /or commodities to support our Early Phase and Lab divisions as well as Late Phase global clinical trials and Corporate Operations. My role focuses on Sourcing strategies and Purchasing practices which includes but is not limited to planning, vendor pre-screening, selection of the vendors, and relationship management to ensure the highest level of quality and cost efficiency. These tasks involve direct contact with 3rd party vendors/suppliers, external and internal customers and shall be conducted with the highest level of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.Heavy experience in Contract Negotiations, Contract Review, Purchasing/PO process. Extensive years of Supervising small and large departments within an organization. Work closely with multiple types of Vendors to support medical equipment purchases, facility services at our Texas locations.
