Another structural re-organisation saw me switch role from my long standing product division focus to an operations/service function (~400 people). This function is responsible for the Group\'s IT and Security function, our centralised Group Engineering functions including a large software team in India, our Corporate quality and compliance functions, as well as our Group Commercial Services/Group Marketing function.
