ABOUT DAVE WALKER
I have over 40yrs experience in the scaffolding industry,mainly working on gas,oil,coal and petrochemical sites.I have gone from labourer,worked my way up to one point to be site manager for a company.I have fast knowledge of most system scaffolds,ie; cuplock,layer,haki,all round.But my main expertise is with tube and fitting.Im very hard working,very reliable and punctual and physicaly fit for such a demanding job.I have a vast knowledge of reading design drawings and erecting from them,ie; bridges,temporary roofs,suspended scaffolds,cantilever drops,loading bays and bird cages.and now that I have my Advanced scaffold inspection card it is a must.Was managing the New Waste to Energy in Hull of all Access requirements, at the peak over 90 men under my belt and over 1040 tons of scaffolding erected. I have had 8 supervisor under me plus 2 inspectors, HSE advisor and 4 yard ops with FLTD. I am in full control all access requirements to the site.
