I am transformative in my approach to structure, organization, efficiency, and work flow. I have overseen the creation of world class training videos and training manuals. I have an understanding of reporting at the executive level. Both in the receiving of reports as an executive and the generation of reports as an employee. It is my philosophy that the lack of training at an organization leaves the organization vulnerable to their ability to hire and retain experienced talent at a premium price versus being able to develop and train successfully from the bottom to the top.
