Reporting directly to the CFO, I led strategic financial planning, cross-functional budgeting, and performance reporting while supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and 12+ department heads. Within my first three months, I established a centralized FP & A structure, hired and developed a high-performing team, and implemented a company-wide planning framework using Netsuite Planning & Budgeting. I also led the financial due diligence process to secure $50M in debt financing, developed executive dashboards for real-time performance tracking, and improved reporting turnaround and forecast accuracy significantly.
