I am a seasoned Recruitment Consultant with over eight years of experience in the Healthcare and Construction sector including 2 years of International Recruitment.Previously, I worked as the Head of International Recruitment at NurseGate UK Ltd, where I managed the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, of foreign nurses and medical professionals. I also designed and delivered training and development programs for the new recruits, as well as relationship development and support for the existing staff and clients. I successfully recruited and trained multiple candidates from various countries, such as India, Philippines, and Nigeria, and helped them adapt to the UK healthcare system and culture. I established and maintained strong partnerships with healthcare providers, such as RESTFUL HOMES GROUP LTD, where I also worked as a recruitment officer. I have demonstrated my skills in HR, recruitment, training, and relationship development in both roles, and I am eager to learn and grow as a consultant.
