Since joining Deloitte Canada’s Consulting business in 2007 and over my 30+ year career, I\'ve been privileged to serve clients in Canada, Chile and New Zealand by providing Advisory, Implementation and Operate solutions, including Finance & HR Transformation, Supply Chain Optimization, Technology modernization for clients from a cross-section of industries/sectors. In 2014, I joined the Deloitte New Zealand leadership team in Auckland and led Deloitte NZ’s Technology business, also serving as a Board member until returning to Canada in 2016.Most recently, I served as Deloitte Canada/Chile Consulting Managing Partner (CEO), leading a team of over 400 partners and people in a post Covid era of geo-political and exponential tech disruption (GenAI) requiring innovative leadership and value creation to address client and market signature issues.Today, I\'m leading Deloitte\'s Global Finance Transformation Go To Market team leveraging our 175+ years of finance, tax and assurance experiences coupled with deep technology modernization \'chops\' to address the needs of Exponential Finance.
