Responsible for Crafting and Implementing Sappi’s sales and marketing strategy with Corporate end users, Graphic Designers, Printers, and Merchants in Chicagoland, Western Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Louisville, KY marketplaces. I develop and implement the business plan and strategy for each account detailing volume, mix, pricing to meet volume and profitability goals. Establish tactics to meet these goals. Support the needs of Sappi colleagues nationally on business that prints in my areas of responsibility. Provide educational workshops about a variety of topics including paper, specialty printing techniques, and Haptics to prospects and customers.
