Currently constructing a sq. ft. tilt wall storage warehouse at Chalk Hill Road and -30 frontage road in Dallas. Project includes utilities, paving and truck dock/parking area and landscape.Estimated completion date is December 12th 2015.Completed a 14,680 sq. ft.addition of 10 classrooms and new courtyard at Forest Meadow Junior High School.Addition involved new athletic field and parking lot areas, complete installation of a new retro fit fire sprinkler system for the entire building and replacement of all ceilings.This project also included addition of new ceramic tile finishes in the classroom corridors. Currently in the final stages of completion.November 2013-Finished 3 large tilt wall construction warehouse buildings averaging sq. ft. each for Trammel Crow at DFW airport.2013-Total replacement of HVAC for JJ Pearce High School including penthouses and mechanical room with added chiller platform on roof of mechanical room. Also complete remodel of the Natatorium at JJ Pearce including refinish of existing pool and all new pool equipment.2012-Complete remodel of Sam Houston Middle School in Irving-finished on time.2011-Just finished a FedEx Ground facility in Corpus Christi & now currently working on a lease space expansion for North American Spine in Dallas.
