The Project Management Office (PMO) is the source of Design, Change, Control and Guidance for Vertiv EMEA’s project management capabilities. Driving the development and improvement of process to enable world class performance and customer satisfaction, allowing Project Managers to execute effectively and consistency across the region. Harmonizing the centralized approach to facilitate a common deliverable across EMEA whilst being considerate to local legislation, language and custom. The goal of the PMO is one of continual improvement to embed a formal PM execution framework and standardized approach to project documentation, processes, systems, tools and skills. Capturing KPI’s including; project delivery performance, cost & revenue analysis, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.Targeted end to end process improvement in a controlled environment to promote positive behaviors, values and direction for a globally operational organization.
