Facilities Manager 19/04/21 - 26/02/25Job title changed to Workplace Services Manager from 27/02/25 onwardsI have responsibility to manage all aspects of Facilities for the Cardiff office, develop Facilities strategies that support the Firm-wide Facilities Teams objective through developing, leading, and contributing to the Eversheds Sutherland strategy to optimise the utilisation of the FM Operations Team.My duties include proactive management of the office operations with priority to statutory compliance, quality building inspections, fault logging and reporting to ensure optimum condition. Manage performance of the Cardiff Facilities Support and Client Support Assistants in terms of quality service, speed of delivery and attention to detail. Reporting on customer experience feedback and satisfaction rating. Identify training needs, motivate and track performance. Manage moves and changes process in line with regulatory requirements, maximise on space, up-to-date floor plans, occupancy status and utilisation reporting.I uphold the high standard, brand and identity of P&F as a quality service provider by supporting the firms strategy and vision, focusing on Client Experience, Property Maintenance and Facilities Services. I ensure Facilities Services are delivered effectively and are aligned to the agreed contractual outputs and client needs.I drive service excellence across the office, seeing to the internal clients’ needs with a Concierge style service, providing a “go-to” service for FM services. I build effective working relationships with Eversheds Sutherland staff, tenants and external suppliers to ensure high quality office environment, anticipate client needs and act proactively.
