As a high-level consultant and advisor, I have been successful in the leadership and direction of various charitable organisations, maximising an influential, driven and commercially aware approach, combined with business management expertise.I am dedicated to reinforcing and accelerating organisational values, vision and mission by building local and regional long-term partnerships and understanding communities served. This involves active membership, trustee and chair-level positions for non-profit organisations. During my career, I have been recognized for motivational leadership of programmes of transformational change, focusing on new service offerings and community-driven initiatives designed to make a positive impact. Particularly for young people and people facing physical and learning disabilities.As an effective guide at C-suite level, I provide strategic organisational leadership and ensure trustees and board fulfil expectations in non-profit governance, by inputting into business strategies, plans and targets. I also advise on delivering statutory services and safeguarding policies, with a collaborative people approach to encourage respect and diversity at all levels.In academia, I have attained numerous technical and commercial certifications, not limited to CCNA and MSCE, with further professional affiliations. Having downsized my career in recent years due to personal circumstances, I’ve enjoyed various contractroles alongside my work as Trustee for Citizens Advice.
