Over 22 years of technical and project management experience in site design with main focus in stormwater management. I graduated from University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2002. My experience has been applied to aviation, transportation, commercial, residential and telecommunications applications. I am licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina with experience concentrated in the Southeast with projects in various other parts of the country. I specialize in all aspects of stormwater including drainage reports, hydraulic and hydrology analyses, floodplain modeling, detention pond design, water quality BMP design, erosion and sediment control, and construction inspection. I am a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Level II Erosion Control Certified Design Professional, and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) with public and private commercial, pathway and aviation projects.
