I am an experienced leader and consultant who spent the last 12 years designing and delivering HR Reporting and HR Operations processes for PepsiCo in the United States and Canada. I have delivered executive presentations, national meeting general sessions, and individual coaching & mentoring. My professional history started in the US Air Force as a Nuclear Missile Officer, then I spent time as an entrepreneur, airport security trainer, and consultant before joining PepsiCo where I demonstrated adaptability in dynamic roles and ever-changing team structures.
