   A proven leader in the development of energy resilience projects for government clients, I have been responsible for the design and implementation of a range of installation resilience initiatives. These projects have included microgrids, solar, natural gas, geothermal, and nuclear generation.My experience includes developing a scalable process for the deployment of energy resilience projects that can be implemented across multiple sites. This includes establishing baseline matrices for grid resilience initiatives in support of carbon-free electricity goals, as directed by federal, DoD, Air Force and Army regulation and guidance.In addition to my work on energy resilience projects, I have also been responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale installation energy resilience initiatives using multiple acquisition authorities (e.g, PPA, lease). This has included creating reports and briefs for senior DoD leadership on project updates with information synthesized for key decision briefs and procurement actions.
