About Dave Schatzmann

After graduating from Oral Roberts University, I became a Sales and Use Tax Auditor for the State of Texas. I then took a position with Tax & Accounting Software Corp, and worked my way from Sales/Support to ending up as the 1040 Tax Development Manager. When the company was sold, a co-worker and I began working full time in our 3-year old Web Hosting business, which still operates in Tulsa (http://hostek.com). I sold my portion of ownership in 2003, and began my own PC repair business. That was a tough nut to crack, and it lasted for 3 years. My family moved back to Tulsa to begin working as a Network Administrator at EasyTEL Communications in Tulsa, working for my former TAASC owner. EasyTEL was purchased by Cox Business in October, 2013, and I accepted a position with Cox Business as a Network Operations Engineer II, effective October 2014. Specialties: Imail Servers, Windows Web Servers and Intranet, CISCO Hardware, TELICA Hardware As of February 16, 2015, I took the position of Senior Network Engineer with B + T Group in Tulsa. I will be managing all wired and wireless LAN networks for the company nationwide. I will also be responsible for configuration and maintenance of all routers, switches and security appliances. Since March, 2016, I have been working as an employee / shareholder of Encore Communications, Inc, in Tulsa. We\'re building our own new fiber optic network throughout the Tulsa area to provide Voice and Data solutions to businesses in our footprint.
