President/CEO; City Manager, Deputy City Manager; Economic Development; and Real Estate Development - An influential and collaborative executive with over 35 years experience in key roles within nonprofit management, economic development, redevelopment, public sector management, and city organizational management. Leadership distinction includes providing the strategic vision and leadership for a major renaissance in downtown Phoenix, with over $4B in new development; and driving $2B in new investment to the City of Scottsdale, while overseeing the City\'s economic development, redevelopment, tourism, and business service functions. After serving as Economic Development Director and Deputy City Manager, was just appointed Interim City Manager for the City of Buckeye, a rapidly growing Phoenix suburb which is greatly expanding its economic base.
