Joppa Charters is a saltwater fly fishing and light tackle guide service operating out of Newbury, MA. The focus species are striped bass and bluefish. Areas fished are the Merrimack River, Plum Island area including the Parker, Rowley and Ipswich Rivers, and Ipswich Bay including Crane Beach and the Essex River.
