   I lead inclusive teams to strategize, collaborate, and navigate ambiguity to deliver solutions that meet our clients’ mission-driven objectives of fostering educational equity. My portfolio centers on reimagining how student and school success is defined and measured. To achieve this goal, I’ve advised a collective of large foundations on designing a multi-pronged field-building strategy and ensuring cohesion across aligned projects implemented by their advocacy and governmental partners. Collectively, this constellation of projects is generating the conditions for large-scale, systematic change by advancing the knowledge base through research, strengthening collaboration between sector partners, developing a new policy agenda, testing innovative approaches, and securing resources. Current clients include: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
