Strategic development of tools, systems and reporting stacks for Bloomingdale’s with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency.Key accomplishments include the following: • Curated a Semantic Model at GCP and Power BI Service levels to centralize reporting across the organization. • Developed and maintained over 20 reports focusing on key performance indicators, HR headcount, and Staffing budgets.• Developed and maintained C# web applications for Hourly Colleague periodic evaluations and for Professional Colleagues to manage annual goals.• Partnered with front-end developer to create web application to manage Staffing for all of Bloomingdale\'s. Primary responsibility was to develop SQL Server store procedures containing all business logic for inputs and outputs.• Developed Power BI report (with mobile interface) to show up-to-date Net Net Sales every 30 minutes. Report also includes other measures like gross sales and returns,% discount, units purchased, transaction count, IPT, AOV, AUR and sales in terms of Take vs Fill.
