I love new and exciting ways to leverage design and technology to create experiences that solve complex business problems, to inform users and help them make critical business decisions, to provide smarter ways to collaborate and share ideas, and ultimately to make people\'s work and lives better.    TIBCO Software, Inc and Citrix have merged under a new organization called Cloud Software Group, Inc. Under this new organizational structure, I continue to be a UX practice leader and design advocate responsible for all areas of UX/UI/VD related to the original ibi brand and it\'s suite of products with a concentration on it\'s premiere data and analytics platform, WebFOCUS. With renewed product goals and objectives under this new organizational model, I remain focused on elevating the platform experience for our enterprise customers with increased emphasis on product design strategy and roadmap deliverables as well as integrating new BI and DSML capabilities for added value that all our customers can appreciate. I partner with product managers, engineers and data science teams to envision and explore new features and capabilities and bring them to marketing. I foster a culture of design collaboration, of owning and championing new ideas, and sharing our great work both internally and externally with our customers.
