ABOUT DAVE PAYNE
I started Tailor Made fabrications Ltd in June 2009 having worked in the steel industry as plater for over 30 years. I have worked at N Rouke & Sons, Dresserands and Watson Steel, to name a few, as well as being self employed for a number of years. Tailor Made Fabrications Ltd orginally started life in a unit in Pilsworth, Bury and we moved to our 7500sq ft premise in Bolton in November 2012. Since 2012 we have invested in a lot of new equipment and machinery including pipe benders, guilutine, breakpress, vehicles, on-site generators and more. In June 2013 we took on a Business Development Manager, Andrew Broome to take responsibility for our internal system, ISO9001 and CE Marking for Structural Steel. In January 2014 our ISO9001 system and CE Marking processes are in place and we are awaiting our assessment to be fully approved. All our welders are now coded and our site fitters have CSCS, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights and Blue Water cards to name a few. We are now planning steady structured growth over the next few years.
