About Dave Ohlson

A conscientious hard-working dedicated manufacturing engineer who holds himself to high standards. By starting as a line operator and working my way through the ranks I have gained extensive knowledge in manufacturing, primarily the metal stamping industry. I use that knowledge to work with production, leadership and vendors to find safer and more productive ways of doing things. I enjoy working with people and being a team player because it helps me see things from others perspective shaping a better solution.I like looking at a problem or situation breaking it down to determine how it can be better. I like talking to and interacting with the shop floor personnel to gain their insight so that things can be implemented with their buy in and support. Solving issues by going back to basics with simple low / no cost implementation if possible.
