The Vice President, ISS is responsible for assessing Adtalem\'s process footprint and crafting strategy to systematically adopt additional activity into the Adtalem structure where the service delivery and the cost of providing services would be beneficial. In addition, the VP of ISS drives transformation and change with a strong focus on standardization of processes, continuous improvement, managing risk and maintaining controls.
