Oversee facilities maintenance of building, mechanical, grounds, and all equipment in the 60 Walmart stores throughout the Greater San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside, Palm Desert, and Imperial Valley regions totaling 8.1M SF. • Regularly interact and assist Walmart RVPs and market managers with both short term and long-term resolution of facilities issues in Walmart stores with focus on reduction of down time. • Manage four operations managers including general maintenance managers and HVAC/refrigeration managers as well as third party vendors.
