ABOUT DAVE MOORE

Experienced Finance Director and ACCA Fellow with expertise predominantly in manufacturing in firms of all sizes including SME owner-managed, PE backed and multi-national FMCG organisations. Experience of leading cross functional strategic, commercial and operational decision-making in fast paced manufacturing environments delivering real business change and operational improvements.Previously part of a leadership team involved in the sale of a distressed Private Equity backed organisation to a high-net worth individual. This included leading the finance function and on the associated financial due diligence aspects of the sale.Most recently engaged as a Director leading a multi-site manufacturing organisation, delivering significant change including consolidating four manufacturing sites into two as part of the creation of two centres of excellence, resulting in improved operational performance and increased customer satisfaction. Subsequently managing the sale to Private Equity.A strong team player, with demonstrable experience of leading teams to facilitate & support both growth and turnaround/reorganisation plans. I am currently studying towards an MBA with the Open University; I believe that life-long learning is critical to personal growth and development.I also volunteer as a Trustee in a Multi-Academy Trust with 20 primary schools.
