As Director of Asset Strategy at Cadent, a leader in the UK\'s energy sector, I am responsible for shaping the long-term future of our gas distribution network. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, finance, and policy, focusing on strategic and investment planning to ensure the network is safe, reliable, and ready for the energy transition.A key part of my role is to lead Cadent\'s Net Zero planning, developing the pathways and capabilities required to decarbonise the network and support the UK\'s climate goals. I am a qualified accountant and have had the privilege of completing the General Management program at Harvard Business School. I specialise in asset management, regulatory strategy, finance and leadership. My experience includes senior roles in finance, treasury, operations, regulation and strategy leading price controls, major projects and transformational change and strategic impactful engagement.
