Onsite liasion for Toys R Us in partnership with Exel Logistics in Central Ohio\'s state of the art fulfillment center that serivces 80% of the US customer base. Report directly to Corporate Director, Distribution Operations, at National Headquarters in Wayne, NJ. Responsible for reconciliation of inventory and related financial transactions and monitoring file interfaces between TRU and PKMS systems.Work closely with TRU\'s eCommerce partner GSI Commerce on projects that impact TRU\'s point of sale inventory integrity and integration hub. Act as point Senior QA Manager in TRU\'s US eCommerce Network. Develop forecasting mechanisms for Exel Logistics for new receipts and inter-area transfers between TRU facilities. Partner with Exel to expedite hot receipts, return to vendors, and customer service requests for Toysrus.com. Collaborate and partner with Exel Logistics to direct end of year physical inventory activities for 500K sqft dot com DC in Ohio and responsible for reconciling financial shrink results with physical year end inventory results. Act as Project Manager as needed on efforts to reduce expenses, improve service metrics, and improve overall throughput for dot com DC.
