About Dave Mirantz

After graduating college, I was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and held positions that introduced me to professional sales, relationship building, and leadership skills. The good fortune of having strong mentors was an integral part of my growth from industrial to consumer sales. Mortgage banking taught me the practical side of prospecting, pipeline administration and relationship management. As a VP for a PEO business, I was introduced to data management as well. Returning to banking, I opened a branch in South Florida for a client and have remained a resident ever since. Continuing in the banking industry, I became proficient in addressing commercial business needs along with elevating my sales and sales management abilities. I developed a keen interest in economic development in South Florida within the public and private sector. The City of Deerfield Beach adopted an economic plan that included the formation of an organization that would connect leaders of the Private Sector with those in the Public Sector and be a steward the plan. Under private contract, I was commissioned to gather the necessary resources to form The Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council.
