Accountable for design, development, and activation of our global Management Development strategy, ensuring alignment to the global skills framework, the organisational strategic goals. Key Achievements to date: Developed 3-year vision and strategy to build manager capabilities. Established the from-to states required to achieve the strategy. Increased employee satisfaction survey questions relating to manager (now called Manager Index) by 100% to measure engagement more deeply and provide benchmark data about managers. Used data provided by Manager Index to identify key priorities of year 1 focus and content development.
