David McClimon has over 45 years with executive and senior level management experience for both public and private companies in the transportation sector. Mr. McClimon is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Yellow Corporation (NASDAQ:YELL) and previously was a member of the Board of Directors of Vitran Corporation Inc.(NASDAQ: VTNC) until its sale in March 2014. Mr McClimon currently provides transportation and supply chain management advisory counsel to C-level professionals who are considering strategic, transformational change within their company. Mr. McClimon was recently President at Central Transport International, a privately owned North American LTL trucking carrier. Prior, he was the Chief Operating Officer of ADR North America, an international procurement and supply chain management consultancy company providing advisory,consultative and training services for Fortune 500 companies. Before ADR, Mr. McClimon was the President of Con-way Freight. He was responsible for accountability for all operations, revenue and profits for Con-way Freight, the largest of Con-way (NYSE: CNW) three operating companies with revenues of over $3 billion and operations in the U.S, Canada and Mexico with employees. Mr. McClimon initiated and led all strategic initiatives aimed at growth, expansion, cost reduction and optimization of operations to provide differentiated services and added value. An experienced, results-driven individual with a proven ability to quickly understand big picture, create the vision and lead the organization to increase profits and shareholder value. Excellent communicator and presenter,nationally known and a respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry. During his 25 year career, he held senior and executive level positions in sales and operations.
