In addition to this, I assure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods by efficiently spearheading management and coordination of distribution and logistics activities. For meeting as well as exceeding performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics, I monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise data-driven strategies. Key Accomplishments: Accomplished set business goals and objectives by leading cross functional departments, including operations, human resources, and finance with more than 1,200+ team members. Administered member companies and distribution centers with overall industrial space exceeding two million square feet across BC and Alberta. Managed distribution and logistics operations for different business units located in Western Canada with annual revenue of $100M.
