ABOUT DAVE M.

I started my career in the travel industry where I spent three years working for United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative and I was eventually promoted to Service Director where I would oversee different work areas which included the Bag Room and Ramp. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years in various capacities. I am well versed in department accounting practices, budgets, organizing training classes, facilitating training classes, and coordination of casino marketing and employee events. I also have over ten years of experience with Loyalty Programs as a Trainer, Representative, and Supervisor. During my time with MGM Resorts I completed the Diversity Champion Workshop and I am also a graduate of their Aspire Leadership Program.
