10 years as VPO in a payer setting, 13 years as a business owner for an SaaS start-up, and 10+ years in Payer Sales, Account Management and Client Success with both large and small vendor partners. I\'ve been witness to many successful partnerships. But I\'ve also seen how easily those relationships can be burnt to the ground.Managing, training and mentoring others to follow my lead brings me extreme joy and satisfaction. Many of my former employees and associates have gone on to reach great success in their careers, and I feel wonderful to have played a role in their journey.After all my experiences, I still have a undying resolve to challenge myself, do better, and achieve higher levels of excellence. The healthcare field is evolving at such a rapid pace that my knowledge and expertise will allow me to sell, manage, and consult in various fields and niche markets.
