I am a Certified Plant Engineering Technologist, a Locomotive Safety Inspector, and a Certified Car Inspector, with credentials issued by Transport Canada and Holland College. My core competencies include process improvement, development of a team atmosphere, operations management, project planning, quality control, material management, and regulatory compliance. I have successfully managed and supervised large-scale projects involving manufacturing, rebuilding, modifying, and servicing of rolling stock, as well as accident investigation, cost estimation, and pre-lease or post-lease inspections.
