This role is different everyday the majority of my day is made up of running small construction and maintenance projects with a value of up to along with the odd under project. These can be anything from a broken window to a site wide road marking project, Asbestos removal larger roofing repairs.I ensure all contractors involved in the project are aware of the tight working deadlines, ensuring all health and safety policy\'s are followed, I keep all parties updated with progress and make sure All jobs are completed to the highest standard possible. on completion of the work I make sure that the contractors complelte the correct paper work and if required certification, to ensure they are paid quickly I have on average 60 to 70 active projects on the go, all of this is to we can improve the life\'s of guys on station
