Since 1993 I have been representing victims of investment fraud throughout the U.S. On a part time basis, I serve as a Judge Pro Tem for the Clark County, Nevada District Court. I am also a fee dispute mediator and arbitrator for the Nevada State Bar\'s Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Program, as well as an arbitrator for FINRA Dispute Resolution.
