Some of my recent results include:• Obtained summary judgment for national transportation and logistics company on former employee’s claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. • Obtained arbitration award denying union employee\'s grievance of his termination.• Obtained summary judgment for tax consultant on plaintiff’s claims of breach of contract and unjust enrichment related to allegedly improper identification of state and local tax credits. • Obtained order dismissing, and compelling to arbitration, Plaintiff’s claims of discrimination and harassment. • Representation in trade secrets and unfair competition case involving forensic evidence of several employees’ theft of customer information followed by their simultaneous resignation to form a competing business. Case settled on confidential terms. • Representation in unfair competition case involving an employee who solicited clients on behalf of a competitor before resigning to work for that competitor. Case settled on confidential terms.• Representation of corporation accused of disability discrimination by a former forklift operator. The Court ordered that Plaintiff was barred from recovery by his failure to disclose his claim as an asset in his pending bankruptcy.
