I’m an Associate Sales Engineer at PaymentWorks, focused on helping teams understand and use complex technology in ways that actually work in the real world.My work sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving, communication, and customer experience. I support discovery conversations, product demos, and technical discussions by translating requirements into clear use cases and helping customers feel confident in how systems fit together. I enjoy breaking down complicated workflows, preparing demo environments, and supporting the details that make technical conversations go smoothly.I’ve spent several years in client-facing SaaS roles, partnering closely with sales, customer success, and product teams. That experience has shaped how I approach solutions engineering: ask good questions, understand the business problem first, and explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.Before working in tech, I was a first responder. That background taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and focus on what actually matters when things get complicated. I bring that same mindset into my day-to-day work.Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my wife and kids. When I get the chance, I’m fly fishing, getting better at smoking BBQ, playing drums, or exploring the outdoors.
