As Business Support and Development Manager (UK), my key responsibilities include the analysis of operational requirements of the varying sectors of telecommunications operators and their partners / suppliers, with a view to providing greater efficiency, accuracy, reduced costs with integrated online and mobile solutions and services throughout organisations and across their supply chains. This includes business support, data analysis with support of BI tools, consultancy and the development of cross-platform communication solutions, providing partners and suppliers with real-time access to site information in a secure and controlled environment.
