Nothing is more gratifying to me than succeeding in the field of dentistry. I have been given the opportunity to be trained at the Boston University Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine to pursue more achievements in this exciting profession. In my time at school, I have gained skills needed to provide excellent oral healthcare to a patient while maintaining a personality that makes them feel comfortable in the chair. I have also gotten to experience the importance and scope of organized dentistry through the American Student Dental Association, particularly the legislative aspects that the association manages. My experience with organized dentistry has also given me leadership training that has been useful for working in practice-sized groups. In the future, I plan to adhere to a work model that is focused on establishing patient confidence and comfort. I plan on doing this by getting high quality work done efficiently while making dental visits a personal experience rather than the dread it is commonly seen to be!
