R&D platforms and technology experiences include design and development of custom injection and blow molded packaging components across Beauty, Household, Pharmaceutical, Personal Health, and Feminine Care businesses. Specific rigid components expertise includes jars, closures, bottles, tubs, devices and plastic tampon applicators.Product types include liquids, creams, lotions, powders, tablets, tampons, and substrates.Packaging project formats led, managed, supported and deployed include tube, pump, trigger sprayer, canister, bottle, peel & reseal pouch, carton, blister, child resistant package, thick wall jar, vial, and display. Also have extensive experience in transport shipping containers and unit loads.Work extensively with external, global business partners to design and develop custom molds and assembly equipment. In addition to USA, have spent quality time at supplier partner locations in Europe, China, Japan, Thailand, Canada, and Mexico, leading various projects.Rigid plastic packaging materials developed include polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, and related Masterbatch [colorant]. Flexibles include various peelables, barrier laminates, and heat seal coatings. Paper types include typical corrugate and various carton grades, like SBS.
