Trusted advisor to business leadership team and senior management supporting Global Diversified businesses. Partners with the senior leadership team on achieving positive financial results through HR analytics and challenging conventional thinking. Proactively participates in strategy meetings and decision-making at a business unit level and provides informed input across the full business priorities, even outside its own area of expertise. In addition, coaches and supports others to help improve or increase Sonoco\'s employees\' experience. • Develops, manages, and executes plans to implement new or updated recruiting strategies at the business unit level. • Ensures that diversity and inclusion efforts are a part of every search and integrated into the recruiting strategy. • Shares talent gaps in each business unit with talent acquisition leadership throughout the year and includes Talent Acquisition in action planning. • Ensures divisions consider internal talent for new opportunities and makes suggestions for sharing talent across business units. • Works with management to understand job responsibilities and business needs for new positions. Understands the new position\'s impact on existing positions and advises management of the job evaluation process. • Analyzes data provided by center on key jobs/positions and drives conversation in the division succession and organizational structures. • Consults with management on business rationale for any proposed changes, develops viable solutions, prepares change management and communication strategies, implements changes. • Leads business unit level talent reviews/succession planning. Actively manages changes to the process with leaders each year. • Promotes and protects the company\'s culture through communications, actions, and leading by example. • Provides insight and strategic advice for leaders on improving the employee experience throughout the business unit level.
