I have built a 40 year career in the life insurance industry that spans personal production, sales management, and successfully building sales territories for carriers. I work with independent agents in P&C, benefits, and life insurance settings to help them either enhance their life insurance sales model or build one where there hasn\'t been one before. In today\'s competitive environment, developing an effective life insurance marketing system is essential in order to continue sales growth and to offset losses in other traditional sales categories. I have been able to assist those I work with in building a culture of life sales being an integral part of their risk management responsibilities to their clients.
