About Dave Kennedy
My entire professional life I have either been a banker or the Chief Executive Officer of First Credit Resources Inc. Over the last 30 years I have guided the development of Pennsylvania\'s largest repossession company. We cover Central and Western PA. We have the ability to handle any collateral recovery big or small in our coverage area. Out of State? NO PROBLEM we have put together the most competent team of repossessors\' who will handle your needs in all 50 states. We can facilitate all of your collateral recovery needs. We have an a la carte program where you can choose the areas we can help you in. For many we are a one stop shop from recovery to re-marketing.Currently I am the President of the American Recovery Association (ARA),where I have led our association in the field of compliance and street level education initiatives and many other client and member programs. In addition I fought for and succeeded in facilitating the merger of Time Finance Adjusters (TFA) with ARA to form the largest collateral recovery association in the United States. I also serve on the planning and development committee for the North American Repossession Summit held in Dallas Texas every year. Over the last 2 years have completed the courses and have been awarded the designation of a Certified Credit and Compliance Officer through the ACA. My focus is to bring standardized education, street level compliance, an increase in consumer protection awareness and unity to the collateral recovery industry.
