Oversaw full lifecycle delivery from design through dev of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, leveraging Group Reporting, BTP, BW/4HANA, and Snowflake. Directed cross-functional and cross-regional teams through complex integrations (including Kyriba, Ariba, Concur, Revport, Protiviti / GRC, Blackline, Agiloft, Protivity, Basware, Anaplan, Seed, and Corptax), 13 SAP modules, 19 workstreams, and over 800 data migration and remediation objects. Aladdin integration. Managed alignment with JHI\'s strategic objectives, risk governance, and formal change control in coordination with Capgemini SI. Reported to CFO and Finance Transformation Office.• Delivery Director at Viasat, a $5 billion Satellite Aerospace & Defense Company, managing the re-implementation of SAP S/4 on behalf of the client. The original implementation by SAP was a failure. The client is doing a new Greenfield implementation on-premise. Managing the client and system integrator resources. The program includes federal government components. The scope is Finance, Supply Chain, and manufacturing, including R2R, P2P, O2C, P2B, SM/FSM, PM, QM, and OCM. Implementing Cognitus on NS2 Signavio & JIRA actively used. SAP government & defense extensions. Reporting to CIO.• Provided Advisory Services to several mid-tier clients with SAP S/4 Assessments, Deployments, Transformation Strategy, M&A Options, Stabilizations, Upgrades or Roadmaps with SAP S/4 RISE on public cloud. Clients included Bona, IFIT, Matthews, McLarens, Malouf & John Deere.
