Reporting to the President and COO, the role of Vice President, Human Resources, Health, Safety,Environment and Training is responsible for ensuring that the company is dedicated to the establishment of a safety culture whereby health and safety are managed as key levers to Operations. This includes the development of strategy, as well as promoting awareness & action around the HR and HSE systems, resources & capabilities needed for the organization to achieve its health and safety goals where “Everyone Gets Home Safe”.
