Dave serves as the Chief of Emergency Management, for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) at the Aerospace Data Facility in Colorado (ADF-C). NRO focuses on designing, building, launching, and maintaining America’s intelligence satellites. Whether creating the latest innovations in satellite technology, contracting with the most cost-efficient industrial supplier, conducting rigorous launch schedules, or providing the highest-quality products to our customers, we never lose focus on who we are working to protect, our Nation and its Citizens.With decades of experience in public administration, program management, and strategic communications, I am currently the Chief of Emergency Management at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). I am dedicated to safeguarding national security through effective leadership and innovative crisis management strategies. Aligned with NRO\'s mission to protect our nation and its citizens, I bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence. My goal is to continue fostering a resilient organization that values teamwork, precision, and impact. At NRO, I lead emergency management efforts, ensuring readiness and response capabilities for critical scenarios. Previously, as Deputy Director of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs, I partnered with cross-functional teams to enhance public engagement and streamline communication strategies. My expertise in short and long-term strategy along with program management enables me to drive impactful initiatives, while my background in public affairs ensures alignment with organizational goals and values.
